On 1 ha, its wooded park offers a panoramic view of the Gers countryside. Sun and shade alternate under its large variety of trees and fruit trees. The south terrace offers shade from morning to evening. The east terrace is ideal for sunny breakfasts.
The swimming pool 10 × 5 m, is located at a distance from the House for the tranquility of all. Its wide wooden beaches are ideal for sunbathing and its night lighting for midnight baths...

The Guest Rooms
Our charming guest rooms, MORGAN (21m²) and TRIUMPH (21m²), are labellisés 4 clés CléVacances (synonymous with great comfort) , Hébergers (the mark of Gers authenticity) , TERRAGERS (the mark of Gers-style slow tourism) and Gers GayFriendly (the mark of trendy tourism).
They offer similar comfort and features. They are both fitted out with modern materials providing comfort, insulation, soundproofing and ventilation. Their sobriety highlights some of the architectural features of the building.
Each guest room has a double bed of 160 × 200 with high comfort bedding, Summer duvet, 2 bedsides, a table, 2 chairs or armchairs, a closed wardrobe, a TV. they have their own private bathroom (6, 5m ² extra) equipped with a XXL shower, a washbasin with a large drop-off plan, a hanging toilet, a towel dryer and a hairdryer. Soap and Shower Gel shampoo local manufacture are offered.
Towels and bath linens, pool towels, provided.
A refrigerator, with soft drinks available, is freely accessible on the landing.
Traditionalbreakfast consisting of hot drinks, fresh bread and pastries, dairy products, fresh fruit juices and seasonal fruit. Eggs, cold meats and cheeses, on request the day before.

On the ground floor, the old wine storehouse houses a kitchen and living room with modern furnishings next to the stone walls and three hundred year old beams. Its terrace is ideal for breakfast in good weather. In case of bad weather, breakfasts can be taken in the "office" with its beams, stone walls and refurbished furniture.
in the old-fashioned lounge, you can take the cool summer or enjoy the fire-wood fireplace the other seasons.
